These Terms of Service govern your use of TeamVase AI Copilot, operated by TEAMVASE, INC. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
TeamVase provides cloud-based project controls, schedule diagnostics, AI insights, reporting, and analytics tools for Primavera P6 and related project schedule workflows.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
Uploaded data
You retain ownership of project files, schedules, and related data uploaded to TeamVase. You grant TeamVase permission to process this data only as needed to provide diagnostics, reports, dashboards, and AI-generated outputs.
Professional judgment
TeamVase outputs, including AI-generated summaries, risk interpretations, and schedule diagnostics, are provided for decision support only. Users remain responsible for professional review and final decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription access, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and invoices are managed through the TeamVase billing workflow and Stripe customer portal.
Acceptable use
You must not use TeamVase to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or misuse the service.
Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform features may be improved, modified, suspended, or discontinued over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamVase is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
